《光之工作者心灵契约·无条件协议》


“心灵的契约（Psychological Contract）”是指双方从内心认可并共同遵守的一种精神理念和道德标准，这种契约已经固化成为人的潜意识，指引着每个人按照这种契约做出行为。从字面看出，“心灵的契约”是心灵上的，存在于人的内心深处，而不是书面的，不具有人类的法律效力，但它是建立在宇宙法则之中的所以有着较强的信念力，从精神和理念的高度指引着人们的行为。

以下《心灵契约·无条件协议》是个书面协议，但最终需要靠我们自己的灵魂意愿决定，我们不加以约束和强迫，希望每个加入无条件行列的家人能够从内在的遵守宇宙法则。

一：学会包容一切，学会感恩。

二：真诚地信任他人，欣赏他人，用心对待身边。

三：放下一切对团体、组织、宗教、信仰、国籍、肤色、种族等歧视与偏见，我们都是一家人。

四：宽恕你的敌人和对手，并且尽可能的成为朋友。

五：避免使用一切形式的暴力，懂得宽容与平静，保持随时的理智与平常心。

十一：用自己内在的信念（光与爱）和行动照亮周围的家人。

十三：光之工作者以无条件的爱服务世界和众生，我为人人，人人为我，不求任何回报。

十四：请记得从此除了你生活中的职业外多了一个“身份”叫：光之工作者。
